Sunil Kumar began his career in 2008 as a TGT (Medical) in Himachal Pradesh’s education department. By 2016, he earned the position of Lecturer in Chemistry. Since then, he has been teaching students of classes 10+1 and 10+2, consistently producing excellent board results. He introduced innovative approaches such as Observation, Problem Solving, Activity-Based Learning, Practical Methodology, and ICT Integration. By creating nearly 200+ e-content videos, developing QR codes and taking live online classes during vacations, he brought digital literacy even to remote classrooms.

- National Children’s Science Congress (NCSC): Guided 10 students to the National Level, with multiple state winners in Science Models and Activity Corners.
- INSPIRE Awards (DST): Mentored 19 students, with many winning recognition and scholarships.
